My kuerig 45 was given to me for xmas, and every time i descale this unit, i have problems getting it to start brewing.
I end up making another batch of coffee, because the cup is partially filled. The light says that the machine is 'brewing' but it's not drawing any liquid from the reservoir. Power down the machine, then turn it back on and press and hold the brew button. Both options work, though keurig's descaling solution is more effective and won't require multiple cleaning cycles.
